Contacted company 3 times to get warranty part and they never sent information back. Finally purchased part myself 2 weeks ago, showed part was in stock and I still don’t have it. Shouldn’t have to by my own warranty parts this shows the bad customer service. The machine has worked great or I would have thrown it out.

I was so happy when I have seen it on the internet for a replacement part. I rapidly order it directly through Rug Doctor page. As soon I received it, I started to clean my carpet.

Original part broke during use. The back broke towards the inside of the machine. happy with the replacement just not that it broke to begin with after only its 2nd use.

I love rug doctor but this is my second time I have had to replace this product, which doesn’t make me too happy, both times the tank “popped” and then a hole was there so then I had to replace the item!!
